The 2 days Uganda Gorilla Trekking safari from Kigali is a short Uganda gorilla tour that starts from Kigali in Rwanda and leads to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south-western Uganda for the unforgettable mountain gorilla trek. Uganda boasts of the highest number of mountain gorillas (more than half the World’s population) as well as most gorilla families totaling to 36 families, but because of the 8-9 hours’ drive from Entebbe/Kampala to the gorilla trekking destinations, visitors find it discouraging. Rwanda on the other hand is only 3 hours’ drive from the Capital (Kigali) but more costly with permits going for $1500. Therefore this 2 days Uganda Gorilla Trekking safari from Kigali makes it exciting and easy to spend less time on the road and interestingly save more money during your gorilla safari, given gorilla permits in Uganda cost only $700.
Day 1: Kigali City tour and transfer to the stunning Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
